You also need to have enough time of resting. A pregnant woman will be easily tired so that it is important to take your time to rest when you are feeling tired. When you are too tired it is not good for you and your fetus inside your uterus. The finally you should go to the doctor to do a routine checkup. You need to make sure that both of you healthy by seeing the doctor. The doctor will give you some special advice that will be beneficial for your pregnancy for nine months ahead.
