Choco Eggless Cake Recipe Without Mixer

You need 150 grams of high quality flour that contained high protein, 150 grams of granulated sugar or you also could use brown sugar in other to make it more delicious, half teaspoon of baking soda, half teaspoon of baking powder, 275 milliliters of Choco milk and 50 grams of melted margarine or you could change it to vegetable oil/cooking oil. To make it you need to whisk milk and granulated sugar or brown sugar until it melted and mixed. The put in flour, baking powder and baking soda, whisk it. Put in margarine or the cooking oil. Whisk all the ingredients until the batter are mixed well. After that take a tray and spread cooking oil or margarine in the top of the tray. Put the batter into the tray. Put into the oven and cook it for 25 minutes with the heat of 180C. Wait until it cooked.
